Where we deliver

Oumish delivers across Pakistan. Cash on Delivery is available for Lahore orders. Orders outside Lahore require advance payment before dispatch.

Order processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During launches, promotions and public holidays, processing may take a little longer. We will contact you if an item becomes unavailable or your order needs clarification.

Delivery time

Orders within Lahore are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery outside Lahore depends on the destination and courier service; an estimate will be shared when the order is confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays or an incomplete address.

Shipping charges

Any delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you place your order. Free standard delivery applies on orders of PKR 3,000 or more.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, it will be shared using the contact details provided at checkout. Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number. If a parcel is returned because the recipient was unavailable, refused delivery or supplied an incorrect address, a new delivery charge may apply.

Received a damaged or incorrect order?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page. Include your order number and clear photos or an unedited opening video of the parcel, outer packaging and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
